We recently undertook the solar panel cleaning on a poultry farm with outstanding views in rural Monmouthshire.
The 200 kWp solar PV system was mounted over three poultry sheds that housed the turkeys and chickens on the farm. When the turkeys heard our cleaning operatives coming, a Mexican wave of turkey gobbles was heard echoing around the site, which was rather ammusing.
Access to the panels was made possible by hiring in an 18m 4x4 Diesel powered access lift machine. Once elevated, the views were absolutely stunning.
The cleaning was completed ahead of schedule as the much welcomed Spring sunshine finally made an appearence.
